The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus has set about to cooperate with the MayaPlanet anti-drug portal. The Department of Specialized Medical Care of the Ministry of Health of Belarus represented by chief drug therapist Sergey Osipchik will cooperate with our project and share its experience with foreign collegues. The drug problem is one of the most urgent issues for Belarus, as well as for many other countries. The Ministry of Health carries out various programmes to find new medicines and methods of treatment, conducts drug abuse prevention, sets up drug intervention centres and cooperates with relevant public organizations. Participation in the MayaPlanet project will help both parties move to a new level in solving the drug problem. Various opinions, judgements and reasoning of fellow experts will lead to positive results which will be implemented not only on a pro forma basis, but can become a fact of real life.
