According to the local press, the clan of drug dealers led by the detainee rose to power in 1990s. the secret of its endurance was as follows: even when the key figures of the group were arrested, there was always some reliable clan member who could continue the family business up to the level, so that the prophecy could stay within the family.

This time it wasn’t exclusion. The mother and an uncle of the suspect are currently serving their sentences at a penal colony. The detainee took their place as the leader of the group. However, she is expected to be replaced by another creature soon.
