“The correspondents of "Komsomolka" had a chance to talk to the participants and the organizers of the brand-new project reality show «Doctor Life», which would host eight participants from around the world. The soon-to be-ex-addicts gave exclusive interviews about their personal stories...” - this is how the story about the reality TV Doctor Life begins on the pages of "Komsomolskaya Pravda", one of the most popular publications in the CIS.
This is not the first time our project is supported by journalists, however, given the relevancy of the problem for the whole society, we are pleased that media is getting involved in the formation of sub-culture of a healthy lifestyle and tolerance in the society, together with the reality crew. -
The main slogan of the project is "We do not promise - we give a chance." You can not force a patient to be cured, but you can help him, if he seeks to recover himself. "Scenes from the real life of the drug addicts will be presented to the audience: maternal tears and hopes of the husband, sick son and drug addicted wife. The organizers' idea is to show that the society will only benefit from an understanding that addicts are people just like everyone else. Of course, nobody takes away their voting rights during the elections but when they ask for help, no one wants to hear or accept them."
The project participants received a chance for a new life. We hope that they will use this opportunity.
