Japan. As the Kyoto Police Department reports, last Monday there was one drug dealer arrested for the storage of marijuana that he allegedly cultivated for personal usage in the town of Obama.
42-year-old detainee from Kyoto Takeshi Kishiwa was arrested on suspicion of illicit storage of 216 grams of dried marijuana and 18 grams of hashish oil. As it emerged during the interrogation, the drug addict has been cultivating hemp in his plantation for more than a year allegedly for personal usage.
Detainee told police that he had been using drug for 15 years and never sold drugs. In any case, the drugs seized from Takeshi Kishiwa won’t leave unpunished. It is curious fact that seizures are often take place in the town of Obama. Presumably the town with famous name to become the Mecca of Japanese drug addicts.
