Isar- the region of Toulouse has been recently defined as the “high security zone” by authorities. This name appeared as a result of the threatening rapid growth of the criminal bands.
Isar citizens are scared: the drug dealers and other criminal societies try to impose their own laws. The police and the ambulance harshly refuse to go there during the nighttime. The looting and open gun trade are flourishing there. The walk to the nearest store during the nighttime can end up with serious injuries or even with a death of the belated consumer.
"The status of the "high security zone "will help to calm the citizens down and finally start the effective work in combating the crime in Isar," - Pierre Cohen, the mayor of Toulouse, said.
