The Medical Centre of Doctor Nazaraliev in Bishkek to be a source of manpower. In order to get familiar with author’s method of Professor Nazaraliev in fight against drug and alcohol addiction, a group of doctors from the Republic of Tuva are expected to come to Bishkek. Besides that a branch of Medical Center of Doctor Nazaraliev will be opened in Tuva, and large anti-drug campaign involving doctors, scientists, politicians, relatives of drug addicts and people who are simply indifferent to the issues of drug addiction will take part in it.
The relevant Protocol of cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Tuva and the World League ‘Mind free of drugs’ was signed by the Head of the Government Sholban Kara-ool and Professor Jenishbek B.Nazaraliev. The Administration of the Republic of Tuva is intent upon modernization of narcology service to avoid such precedent when ordinary therapists dealt with drug addiction treatment.
‘We will try to develop the schemes on supporting the alcohol addicted citizens of the republic’ – said the Head of Government. We are ready to mobilize all resources to provide our citizens with opportunity to return to normal life and keep the young generation safe from alcohol and drug addiction’.
An experience exchange on the issues of rendering assistance to drug and alcohol addicted people and their relatives is planned according to the words of Jenishbek B.Nazaraliev.
‘Another important step lies in opportunity to create rehabilitation commune where alcohol addicted people will be rehabilitated, socialized and adapted to new conditions within a year or two in Tuva. We are assuming to hold social researches in Tuva to determine at what extent a person is in need and how to adapt our methods to local mentality. We will learn about the possibility of creating Siberian branch of our Medical Center for serving the residents of Siberian regions’.
One can start launching the project in Tuva in three-four months in Nazaraliev’s opinion. By the time there should be a crew of experts formed and the issues on the parameters of practical activities should be coordinated by the National Centre of Narcology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
But if to speak on the treatment of patients those who wish may contact our center. The residents of the Republic of Tuva will be awarded 50% discount as the residents of the Kyrgyz Republic. Indeed it means they will be obliged to pay for nutrition, accommodation and service. The treatment will be held free of charge – said Jenishbek B.Nazaraliev.
