France heads the list of European countries in using cannabis among adolescents.
According to the French Institute of drug study and drug addiction, 24 percent of French students admit that they use marijuana at least once a month. On average, this index is 7 percent.
Concerning the alcohol, France’s position is similar to other European countries’ indexes, which, however, are also disappointing. According to the organization, 67 percent of 15 year olds in France regularly drink, and a quarter of them drink alcohol at least once a week.
