Yesterday, the famous Egyptian musician and composer Omar Khairat has backed up the people who fight the drug yoke all over the world when he officially has supported the International online project "Maya". It is hard to overestimate the merits of Mr. Khairat in the cultural development of Egypt and all the arab world. His music is a bridge between the arab and western musical traditions and has been sounding at all the egyptian and arab important events for the past 15 years. The repertoire of movie soundtracks written by him counts up to over 50 masterpieces.
Mr. Khairat says, "Please, accept my congratulations and my best wishes. You are acomplishing a very important and noble deed!" Words of support from cultural leaders of such a level mean a lot for the effective spreading of the idea of the "Maya" project - the total erradication of drug addiction. We beleive that by uniting our efforts with the ones made by such outstanding representatives of humanity we will be able to carry out an effective prophylactics of the drug pandemy on the entire Earth.
